We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager Officer for one of our clients
You will be a key member with support responsibilities to help project managers successfully deliver their projects. You should be experienced in agile concepts, be pragmatic and keenly focused on delivery.
Mission:
- Coordinating & running team meetings, developing project charters, resourcing and financials planning, leading surveys and feedback sessions etc.
- Collaborating with project managers to ensure projects consistently deliver in-scope, on time and on budget.
- Initiating project setup and supporting them through phase gate reviews, participating in planning and execution meetings
- Managing compliance to standards and processes.
- Reporting on team and project related matters.
- Coordinating change activities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT project management experience and good knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Substantial experience and expertise supporting or leading teams through IT project delivery.
- Project management certification is a strong plus.
- Good understanding of DevOps processes and cloud Infrastructure technologies would be a plus.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- English fluent, French or German would be a plus.
Additional Information:
- Location: Solothurn, partial on-site is required.
- Start Date: January 2025.
- Duration: 1 year with extensions possibility.
