We are looking for our next Software QA Leader!
We are seeking an experienced Software QA leader with expertise in development, quality assurance, and release management for our digital printing press product line. This role will oversee QA processes, automated testing, and release synchronization across multiple subsystems, collaborating closely with development teams and managing a distributed QA team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Automation & Hardware Integration: Drive automated end-to-end testing and maintain hardware-in-the-loop test setups.
- Release Management: Coordinate software releases, ensuring synchronization and clear documentation.
- QA Process & Agile Practices: Lead QA within Agile frameworks, managing CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a distributed team, fostering collaboration with European and Indian teams.
- Strategy & Architecture: Influence architectural decisions to improve testability and create robust test strategies.
- Metrics & Improvement: Track QA metrics and lead continuous process improvements with a focus on automation.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s/Master’s in a relevant field with 10+ years in QA and 3+ in leadership.
- Technical Skills: Strong in QA methodologies, test automation (Selenium, JUnit), hardware-software integration testing, and Azure DevOps.
- Preferred Experience: Background in industrial automation, microservices, and familiarity with industry standards.

- Calm under pressure, approachable, proactive, and willing to travel as needed.
This role requires hands-on involvement in testing and troubleshooting, with travel to India and Italy for team collaboration and on-site quality assurance.
