Aufgaben* Sales of chemical raw materials for the personal care market* Support of an existing customer base with a focus on the DACH region and French-speaking EU countries* Intensive and application-related advice and support for existing and new customers in close cooperation with Product Management, Marketing and Research & Development* Maintaining long-term customer relationships, acquiring new customers and opening up new areas of application* Introduction of new products and technical solutions in the markets served* Observing the market and competition and carrying out market potential analyses* Developing strategic plans for short and medium-term business development* Preparation of quotations, pricing according to internal specifications and responsibility for reporting and correspondence* Participation in seminars, conferences and trade fairs as well as supervision of trade fair standsQualifikationen* Chemical studies (university level)* Substantial sales experience with active ingredients in the personal care industry - Ideally knowledge of applications and formulation* Capability to create a business case and design different pricing models* Proficiency in English and aditionally either in German or French* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills and a confident appearance* Commitment to traveling approximately 50% of the time
