Our People & Organisation team covers the entire spectrum of HR consulting, dealing with all the issues relating to strategic and operational human resources management. Our tasks are diverse and exciting, involving anything from reward consulting and selecting as well as implementing HR cloud solutions to fundamental process changes. They can also involve questions of diversity and inclusion within the company, the entire reward and benefit strategy or making the workforce ready for the future (change and transformation management).
Your Impact
- Be responsible for managing projects related to the income tax aspects of reward and incentive plans, primarily for non-listed companies and private-equity structures.
- Provide advice to clients on the design of incentive plans within the framework of specific tax regulations, conduct income tax analyses of incentive plans, and prepare and submit rulings to tax authorities (with an employment tax focus).
- Be involved in supporting corporate transactions (M&A) by assessing the income tax implications of management incentive plans, developing solutions, and preparing comprehensive reports.
- Advise on employment tax aspects relating to cross-border employment structures and the international roll-out of various compensation plans.
- Actively contribute to client acquisition and targeting activities, including creating and implementing marketing strategies and initiatives for our reward practice.
- Be responsible for the development and review of client deliverables, ensuring their accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate regularly with and support junior team members, aiding in their professional growth and development.
- Continue to expand your technical expertise and personal skills through a combination of on-the-job and off-the-job training opportunities.
Your Skill Set
- Profound know-how in relation to the tax treatment of incentive plans with a focus on the specifics of non-listed companies (minimum of 4 years of experience is desired).
- Consulting and project management experience, including targeting activities and winning new work.
- Experience in corporate transactions is a plus.
- You pay attention to detail and quality, demonstrate initiative and are willing to take on responsibility as of day one.
- Fluency in both written and spoken French and English is a prerequisite. German is a plus.
- Strong analytical and writing skills and you like to draft reports and presentations.
- Open and curious personality and you like networking with clients and colleagues.
