Our team in Haag, Switzerland is looking for you:

CONTROLLER

YOUR CHALLENGES

• Responsible for budget preparation and rolling forecast for the flagship site CH
• Monthly calculation and reporting of various KPIs as well as their review, interpretation and definition of measures
• Collaboration on monthly/annual financial statements
• Carrying out production cost, material cost and variance analyses
• Carrying out costing runs (actual/planned costing) and analyses
• Responsible for monthly inventory reporting and the monthly calculation of obsolescence
• Responsible for standard cost calculation (including hourly rate calculation and surcharges)
• Investment controlling including support and validation of investment projects
• Assessment and tracking of continuous improvement measures
• Business partner in financial matters for the site manager and other Site Management functions
• Support in the refinement of the new ERP system (Microsoft D365)

YOUR COMPETENCIES

• A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Controlling or a related field
• Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
• Hands-on mentality and ability to take initiative and responsibility.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and impact key stakeholders effectively.
• Strong collaboration with production management and other departments.
• Familiarity with production processes, cost accounting and pricing and production-related performance indicators (e.g. OTDc, Past due, OEE,…)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in operations controlling in a manufacturing industry
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP system is an advantage.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI) is an advantage.
• Minimum B2 German language skills
