In this role, you will:

Equal partner with product managers to secure alignment from key business stakeholders, plan and manage related budgets, lead the build, change, and run tasks, monitor application performance, and understand real-user behavior and needs balanced with business objectives to prioritize the road map.

The engineering manager supplies product teams with dedicated engineers as well as technical subject matter experts as needed.

Lead the architecture, design, and development of technical capabilities for media, marketing analytics, measurement, consumer data, and related business demand. The role drives and manages the relationship with other internal engineering teams that deliver features and capabilities on centralized systems as well as with related vendors and their development partners.

Review and communicate operational successes and challenges periodically, design the continuous improvement strategy for how systems will evolve, interact, and solve business needs and help drive the prioritization of these objectives in the product backlog.

In one of our Engineering Manager – Consumer Data and Enrichment roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years experience in integrated marketing programs across multiple platforms
-
Deep understanding and broad experience with data platforms, marketing analytics capabilities, data visualization, digital media data, voice of consumer data.

Experience working with consumer privacy related regulation and governance frameworks.

Ability to coordinate across multiple teams on coordination, dependency management and risk management.

Outstanding organizational, communication, relationship-building and collaboration skills at all levels
-
4+ years' experience as a platform / product owner. Agile/SAFE/Product Owner certifications desired.

Experience with Key Collaborative Events and Processes like Demand Intake, Demand/Requests Assessment, Quarterly Planning, Product Backlog Management, Sprint Reviews and Product Demos.

Ability to inspire a team to act as a small business jointly accountable for its product.

Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, prioritization and time management. skills.
