Your mission:
To strengthen our Synechron Switzerland team, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join us in supporting a well-established private bank in Geneva. You will serve as the primary interface between technology and specific business areas, identifying requirements and process specifications while collaborating with project teams to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets. Your responsibilities:
- You will collaborate with subject matter experts to define functional specifications and evaluation criteria for business solutions that meet their needs.
- You will help identify a need by describing it in detail, including its boundaries and limitations.
- You will break down solutions into manageable, independent components to facilitate easier implementation.
- You will serve as a point of reference for the business needs of our internal and external clients, ensuring their requirements are clearly defined and validated.
- You will work together with architects to set up and maintain a clear mapping of the functions fulfilled and those needed by the information system.
- You will outline the tests required to validate the functionalities of a solution and assist in generating the necessary documentation.
- You will help in leading the potential RFI/RFP process and act as a 3rd level of support by ensuring team coordination and clear status reports.
Qualifications
Your profile and skills:
- You hold a bachelor's degree in IT related filed and Business Administration;
- You use banking language with ease and you are able to translate the terms that are understandable for all stakeholders;
- You possess a good understanding of Client Life Cycle Management processes, including onboarding, offboarding, reviews, signature processes, and document management;
- You are skilled at facilitating workshops in an international environment;
- You have experience managing WDX or other CRM systems;
- You have experience in workflow and case management;
- You are familiar with test case execution along with a strong methodology for analyzing problems;
- You possess qualities that make you responsible, structured, and detail oriented;
- You consider yourself flexible, open-minded, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team;
- You are fluent in French and English;
- You are a Swiss resident.
