partnering finance of global support functions and being the professional leadership of the Global IT Controller.

Your Mission

• Monitor and control actual costs against budgets, identify and implement cost-saving opportunities. Review global service costs and corporate projects monthly with functional heads and project managers.

• Conduct thorough reviews and verifications of monthly reporting packages from service reporting units, leveraging extensive accounting and reporting expertise.

• Advise functional heads and project managers on business cases from a finance perspective.

• Manage and allocate corporate intercompany charges such as IT costs, management fees, service level agreements, rent, brand, and payroll fees.

• Lead the monthly BRM meeting. Prepare and comment financial data to functional heads.

• Lead forecasting and budgeting activities for global services support functions in collaboration with cost center owners, providing insights to drive financial performance.

• Conduct cash flow forecasting for global services to ensure alignment with operational needs.

• Prepare monthly risk and opportunity reports for global services and alert management to potential risks.

• Provide professional leadership for the Global IT Controller.

• Calculate and deliver investment cases and conduct investment controlling.

• Responsible for corporate Power BI input for IT and support functions.

• Perform various ad hoc cost analyses for the Business, People & Culture, M&A, Legal, Tax and IT.

• Consult and support finance departments of divisions and Group companies on corporate intercompany charges

Your Story

• Master in Accounting and Finance (or similar)

• Proven experience in controlling and financial reporting, ideally in an international environment or an international audit firm.

• Manufacturing industry experience

• Business intelligence experience

• Eager to make decisions and take responsibility

• Team player

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Fluent in English
