For one of our clients we are looking for a Compliance Program Coordinator
CONTEXT
The main responsibility is to coordinate the Safety Compliance Assessment Program. The role is to coordinate and administer the program, ensuring time frames and managing administrative tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate the execution of compliance assessment program
• Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of assessments, track the progress
• Develop and maintain documentation
• Prepare reports
• Manage invoices and track costs
• Provide administrative support to stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Fluent in English and French
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in luxury or hospitality industry would be a plus
OTHER INFORMATION
• Location: Geneva
• Start date: January 2025
• Workload: 60%
• Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension
