Job Description:
As a pivotal part of our Total Rewards team, the HR Sales Compensation Analyst is responsible for the meticulous administration, implementation, and ongoing management of our sales and variable compensation plans. This role ensures that our incentive structures are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our company's strategic objectives, supporting our mission to drive sales performance while maintaining financial and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation Administration: Implement and manage variable and sales compensation plans, ensuring timely and accurate incentive payments. Oversee all aspects, from gathering results through calculation to payroll submission, while adhering to approved plans.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain and audit key performance indicators to track and report on compensation plan efficacy, providing quarterly performance insights.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll and business leaders to resolve compensation-related inquiries, contribute to plan design, and ensure plans support business goals.
- Plan Communication: Lead the communication of compensation plans, changes, and updates, ensuring clarity and alignment across the organization.
- Analytical Expertise: Conduct comprehensive cost analyses and modeling for existing and new compensation initiatives, utilizing advanced Excel skills for data analysis and decision support.
Who You Are:
- Experienced Professional: With 1-2 years of corporate experience, you bring a solid foundation in business, human resources, accounting, or a related field. Experience in a sales compensation environment is a plus.
- Analytical Wizard: Your advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups) enables you to manage complex datasets and perform detailed analyses.
- Detail-oriented: You possess a sharp eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and integrity in all compensation-related data and communications.
- Communicative: Excellent verbal and written skills in English are essential; additional languages are a plus. Your ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively sets you apart.
- Agile Multi-tasker: You thrive in dynamic environments, expertly managing multiple priorities and deadlines without compromising quality.
