We are looking for a Swiss-Qualified Lawyer to strengthen our teamin the fieldof:
Banking & Finance, incl. Asset Management
Our Banking and Finance Group comprises more than 20 qualified Swiss lawyers with an in-depth understanding of the regulatory environment of all types of financial institutions and the domestic and international financial markets.We act regularly on behalf of Swiss and foreign banks and other financial institutions, such as investment firms, insurance companies, fund management companies and asset managers, across a broad range of regulatory matters.On the transactional side, we advise clients on a broad range of finance transactions.

This position can be based in both our offices in Geneva or in Zurich.
We are looking for candidates to meet the following requirements and skills:
- You are a Swiss-Qualified lawyer;
- You have at least 3 to 5 years of professional experience practicing Banking & Finance law;
- You are fluent in English and in French and have a good command of German;
- You have excellent academic qualifications and references.
