The Position

The Position

Key Responsibilities

Support senior managers across Data, Analytics & Research and within the Business Enablement Team, to deliver on critical business operations activities
-
As needed, support key initiatives in the planning, execution and evaluation phase. This entails, project planning, process development, organizing team setup, supporting the team in agile ways of working, delivering input to the work, performing specific deep dive reviews, and analyses for senior leaders that inform or enable high-level decision-making on operations and business change initiatives

Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, emails, invitations and agendas

Work with various cross-functional project teams to propose creative and efficient business solutions

Execute project management tasks and lead specific areas in alignment with project managers and leads

Provide transparent and timely reporting on assigned tasks as well as delegated assignments, such as monthly Data Fabric or Research Portfolio reporting collection and compilation

Participate in agile ways of working
Who You Are
You are enrolled or have completed your Master’s or PhD studies at a university, preferably in the field of Business Administration, Digital Health or Human Resources/Social Disciplines after February 2024 and are interested in applying your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship.

Technical details:
The start date for the internship is March 2025 with a duration of 8 – 12 months.
Part-time employment is possible.
If required, it is possible to write a thesis during the internship.
The application deadline is November 11th. Interviews will take place in late November and early December.
