Overview
Communication is our passion: the current team of ten headed by Viviane Ewald is looking for reinforcement in Allschwil. While we have already mastered the entire marketing repertoire, from brand management to online marketing and events - and all of this is networked and international - we now want to become even stronger internally. With your help, we are building a systematic internal communication system that strengthens our corporate culture and optimally connects all employees. Will you join us on our journey?
Responsibilities
- Strategic communication: developing and implementing the global internal communication strategy; advising management on all internal communication issues, designing and managing change communication projects with an international reach.
- Operational communication: Editorial responsibility for all internal communication channels, content management of the intranet, development and implementation of communication campaigns, support of global HR initiatives such as employer branding, onboarding and employee engagement, organization and execution of events and meetings as required. Implementation of employee surveys.
- Executive communication: support for managers in their communication tasks; development of communication guidelines and tools.
Hardskills
- University degree in communications, marketing, international business or a related field
- Proven experience in internal communications, ideally in a global environment
- Strong understanding of international and cross-cultural communication.
- Experience in supporting change management processes on a global level.
- Creativity and ability to adapt content and messages to different audiences.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms, such as global intranet systems, Microsoft Teams or content management systems.
- Independent working style, team spirit and the ability to work in a dynamic, international environment.
- Fluent German and English are essential.
