We are looking for HR Generalist to join a team of 4, you will be responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with Swiss labor law and internal policies. You will manage payroll, handle various HR administrative tasks, and act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR matters. This role requires a proactive approach and a strong understanding of HR best practices.

Missions

Payroll Management:
- Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy and compliance with Swiss labor laws and internal policies.
- Manage salary changes, bonuses, and deductions.
- Handle payroll queries and provide support to employees regarding payroll matters.
- Collaborate with the finance department for payroll reporting and reconciliations.

Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth integration into the company.
- Manage employment contracts, amendments, and terminations.
- Update and maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

HR Administration:
- Administer employee benefits and manage enrolments, changes, and inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws, including work permits, health and safety regulations, and employment standards.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Profil du candidat

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification is a plus.

Experience:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role with a focus on payroll and HR administration.
- Proven experience in managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Experience in a multinational or dynamic environment is preferred.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
