Product Owner - Finance and Oversight Solutions

You will be joining the PAM Tech & Operations department’s Corporate Tech platform. This platform delivers and maintains innovative tech solutions that enhance business processes across finance, regulatory reporting, client, contract and product lifecycle management, business risk monitoring and company oversight.

As a Product Owner you will be responsible for managing and enhancing a suite of applications that support our Finance and Oversight solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of financial and oversight processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Your role

• Product management:
  
  
  
  • defining, communicating, and leading the product vision and strategy.
  
  
  • developing and maintaining a detailed product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  
  
  • prioritising and managing the product backlog with a focus on maximising the value delivered by balancing new features, enhancements and technical tasks. 
  
  
  • monitoring total cost of ownership and budgets for products.
  
  
  
  


• Stakeholder collaboration:
  
  
  
  • engaging and energising your user community.
  
  
  • using data analytics tools to monitor product performance and user engagement.
  
  
  • working with stakeholders throughout Pictet AM and PAM Tech & Operations to provide the best solutions.
  
  
  
  


• Continuous Improvement:
  
  
  
  • identifying opportunities to improve processes and implement best practices.
  
  
  • keeping abreast of industry trends and changes to proactively identify change and innovation opportunities.
  
  
  
  

Your profile

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering, or a related field.


• At least five years’ experience in a similar role in asset management or financial services.


• Proven experience of financial processes and systems.


• Proficiency in databases and SQL.


• Experience with APIs (design, integration and management).


• In-depth knowledge of and experience with agile methodologies.


• Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written).


• Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
