We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a temporary basis at 60% capacity. The HR Generalist will support various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the HR department. This role is crucial in maintaining a positive work environment and supporting our employees in Geneva.

Missions

Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Employee Relations:
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related queries and issues.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and maintaining a positive work environment.

HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare and manage HR documents, such as employment contracts and employee handbooks.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Performance Management:
- Support the performance review process, including tracking and documentation.
- Assist managers with performance-related issues and development plans.
Profil du candidat
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
Conditions et Avantages
