Senior Business Analyst with SWIFT Knowledge Description
Do you like doing technology functional work that involves applying business analysis techniques along with facilitating Agile practices? Do you want to use your expertise and analytical skills to analyze and design complex data flows? Do you want to play a key role in an Agile-based DevOps transformation journey?
If so, we are looking for someone just like you to join us in Zürich. The role requires a mix of remote and on-site work in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders – elicit, document, validate and manage requirements
- Identify automation opportunities to improve our processes
- Engage with colleagues at all levels to meet business requirements
- Design test cases, conduct tests, analyze results and communicate observations effectively
- Team up with technologists and vendor teams to drive delivery within an Agile framework
- Help the team in the agile journey to implement together the best practices of DevOps
- Contribute to reduction of all security and operational risks in line with policies and standards
Requirements
- Experience in eliciting requirements using interviews, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, scenarios and ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
- Background in documenting business requirements, scenarios and interface requirements
- Familiarity with software test design, testing methodologies, documenting and troubleshooting errors
- Knowledge of Swift messaging standards - ISO15022, ISO20022
- Hands-on experience with JIRA/Gitlab, Confluence, SharePoint
- Experience in working in distributed and multi-national teams
- Strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing
- Experience with Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum, SAFe
- Experience in SQL scripting, to be able to analyze data independently
- Critical thinking and analysis for designing solutions
- Proficient communication skills in English are a must, while at least B1 level of the German/French language is a significant advantage
Nice to have
- Engineering or computer science education background
- Business Analysis, Product Owner certification
- Cloud (e.g., Microsoft Azure) certification
- Ability to mentor or coach others within project team or organization
