Your responsibilities
Support the Country Management organization towards optimal business performance through organizing, coordinating and supervising the functional processes in relation to management tasks such as business processes, preparation of strategic documents and functional meetings and travel seamless meeting and travel.
• Arrange and ensure all travel arrangements are cost-effective and efficient. • Handle Travel Expense Claims (TEC) for the Country Management, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Act as a liaison between the Country Management and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Oversee office administrative tasks to maintain a productive work environment.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, banquets, and dinners, ensuring all details are meticulously planned.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring timely delivery of services and goods.
• Assist with relocation and exit travel arrangements for the Country Management.
• Handle logistics for board member and guest visits, including invites, visas, and other necessary
