Drive strategy:

1) Hemostat market penetration in new market

2) Develop KOLs in expand department and manage existing KOLs in core department

3) Educate and support sales 

4)Analyze the competitive market landscape and identify/understand market trend

Operational excellence

1) Monitor and analyze sales trend and review FCST

2) Manage distributors : Contract, pricing

3) Responsible for audit and inventory management

Business development

1) Identifies key growth opportunity in untapped hospitals in terms of specialties and geography and develop strategy for Active portfolio

2)Assist to defines and executes the roadmap to convert strategy into action with key milestones, timelines, and KPIs to drive business expansion.

Collaboration

1) Work with key stakeholders to ensure proper demand and supply

2) Collarate with regional/global partners to accelerate strategies and leverage it into local market
