The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will support various HR functions and operations, aligning business objectives with employees and management within designated business units. This role involves forming strategic partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services that reflect the organization's goals. The HRBP will be the primary contact for HR-related issues within their assigned business units.

Missions
Business Unit Management:
- Serve as the main HR contact for business units, providing tailored HR solutions to meet business needs.
- Oversee the recruitment process for open positions within the business unit.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires in the relevant business unit.
- Address and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management, ensuring compliance and reducing legal risks.
- Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and contract extensions.
- Support the implementation of the APA process within business units, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Identify training needs for each business unit and monitor training programs to ensure success, following up to ensure training objectives are achieved.
- Conduct entry and exit interviews to gather feedback and ensure new team members are engaged.
HR Project Management:
- Assist the Deputy Director of HR with specific projects such as competency frameworks, job descriptions, organizational charts, and presentations to the Board.
- Support the performance evaluation process, including reviewing evaluation forms and summarizing outcomes such as promotions and training requests.
- Help draft and format HR policies to meet ISO standards.
- Assist with compensation and benefits, including salary surveys.
- Work on ad hoc HR projects as needed.
Team Collaboration:
- Share general administrative tasks within the HR team as requested.
- Provide backup support within the HR team during vacations or absences.
- Contribute to process improvements and help maintain a strong and efficient HR team.
Profil du candidat
- Relevant degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss HR and legal aspects is mandatory.
- Fluent English speaker with good knowledge of French.
- Ability to take initiative with minimal supervision and exercise good judgment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to understand and apply relevant laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies.
- Thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, job roles, qualifications, compensation practices, and administrative procedures.
- Proficient computer skills.
