As the Product/Proposition Manager for Internet, TV, and Mobile, you will be responsible for defining and developing the product strategy for these services, as well as related add-on products and options in the consumer market. You will play a significant role in implementing the corporate strategy of Sunrise.

Tasks:

• Develop innovative services with unique value propositions to meet customer demand and outperform competitors
• Define features, rules, and requirements for subscription and product options
• Identify market trends, evaluate profitability of existing products, and create business cases for new opportunities
• Collaborate with market research, pricing, and technical management to design and prioritize product roadmaps
• Design contextual sales pitches and align customer journeys with sales channels and online teams
• Optimize the customer journeys of products and content on websites and apps to enhance customer engagement
• Analyze and forecast CPE demand and Access development to support effective planning and purchasing strategies

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration or a related field
• At least 5+ years of professional experience as a Product/Proposition Manager, ideally in telecommunications or similar industries
• Excellent analytical skills and a strong business instinct regarding return on investment
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a strong focus on delivering excellent service in product design within a fast-paced environment
• Competent and persuasive communication with various stakeholders
• High-performing, innovative, and open-minded; your character enriches the corporate culture of Sunrise
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is a plus
