As a Team Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to four directors, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role requires a proactive and highly organized individual who can handle multiple tasks with ease and professionalism.
This is a temporary position starting ASAP and for 10 months.

Missions
- Provide administrative support to four directors, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating team events and meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Utilize various software and technology tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Profil du candidat
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
