• Develop, train, and customize LLMs for practical applications
• Lead the machine learning aspect of our product-integrate, fine-tune, and innovate
• Stay updated with the latest ML trends and introduce new ideas
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure ML aligns with our strategic vision
• Establish and grow our ML department as the lead engineer

Profile

• Experience with LLMs (e.g., Mistral, Llama, ChatGPT)
• Strong background in machine learning with a degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
• Practical experience in model training and customization
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch; knowledge of TypeScript is a plus
• Startup-ready mindset: autonomous, problem-solving, and ownership-driven
• Proficient in English
