On behalf of one of our clients, a high-end service company, we are seeking to recruit a:
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact, welcoming visitors and handling phone calls
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of shared areas, such as the kitchen and coffee space
- Manage the ordering and restocking of office supplies and stationery
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including coordination and training
- Enter and manage technical data and logs
- Organize and coordinate travel bookings and arrangements for team members
Profile:
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Fluency in both English and French (Italian is an asset)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable
