To join our Student Programs Coordinator team, we are looking for a candidate who is not only skilled and passionate about hospitality but also aligns with our leadership principles: transparency, accountability, collaboration, care, and experimentation.
Your mission
Work closely with the Program Management Team and coordinate the different aspects of the program with the different stakeholders, i.e. students, faculty members, and other EHL departments.
What will you do?
- Act as a key interface between Faculty and the Team regarding the overall Bachelor Program processes.
- Serve as a primary contact for students, facilitating their interactions with the Team for all program-related matters.
- Supervise and maintain the Bachelor Program Ecosystem by implementing and optimizing processes and tools.
- Collaborate with other departments as a liaison for the Team on program-related topics (e.g., Sit-in requests, Exam Boards, Advisory Boards).
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving the learning and teaching experience.
- Implement and oversee processes related to the student and faculty journey.
- Prepare data communication and coordination.
- Contribute to the administrative tasks and project of the department.
Who are you?
- You are a graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business administration or an equivalent field.
- You are proactive, service-oriented, and people-centric, with excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. Open-mindedness and adaptability define your approach.
- You are skilled in using Microsoft Office tools (including Outlook) and have experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and EHLisa.
- You are fluent in French (native level) and English (C2 level).
