We are seeking an HR Generalist for a three-month assignment to provide effective support across a range of HR functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and fluency in both French and English.

Missions

Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Support the resolution of employee issues and promote a positive working environment.

Recruitment Support:
- Assist in managing the recruitment process, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting onboarding activities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and help ensure a smooth recruitment cycle.

HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records accurately, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation, such as employment contracts, onboarding paperwork, and other administrative documents.

Performance Management:
- Assist with the coordination of performance reviews and support managers in implementing performance-related discussions.
- Maintain performance appraisal records and follow up on action items.

HR Projects:
- Contribute to ongoing HR initiatives, such as employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Assist in the implementation of any new HR policies or process improvements.

Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
- Generate HR reports and maintain relevant HR metrics as required.
Profil du candidat
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within an international or fast-paced environment.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations with confidentiality.
- Proficiency with HR systems and MS Office suite.
- Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
