As a Senior standardization specialist you will manage all commercial parts of our mechanical / fluidics technologies within the R&D team.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure high quality on data of the technical database
- Promote the reuse of existing standard materials
- Ensure that creation requests are compliant with R&D and purchasing strategies
- Interact with R&Ds, purchasing department and suppliers
- Manage the life cycle of commercial parts including obsolescence
- Create and modify the materials and the technical documentation in the ERP
- Manage and give feedback on the requested jobs via the SharePoint list of requests
- Collaborate with SPM team in India
Your skills:
- Good knowledge on technical datasheets and drawings reading, ability to find required information and keep essential data
- Ability to analyze technical requests and suggest solutions through existing materials
- Autonomous in daily business, positive team spirit in service life
- Takes ownership and responsibility
- Ease to lead technical meetings, make presentations and write reports
- Methodical, conscientious and disciplined
- Feel comfortable exchanging directly with worldwide R&D teams, purchasing teams and suppliers
Your background:
- Senior technician level with at least 5 years of experience in a technical position
- High technical level on mechanical / fluidical commercial parts
- Expertise in the ERP knowledge, SAP is highly recommended
- Good knowledge of the Engineering Change Management process
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite and MS Teams, MS Excel is mandatory
Communication written and verbal:
French and English mandatory
