Les Roches is seeking a dynamic and driven Alumni Relations Manager to enhance and expand relationships within our global alumni network. Based in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, this role will work closely with Career Services across all campuses and the Les Roches Alumni Association to foster meaningful engagement within the alumni community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and hospitality, will manage the alumni component of the "Les Roches 4 Life" project and represent Les Roches in both on-campus and international settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Alumni Engagement:

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage and strengthen relationships with alumni globally.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Les Roches and the Les Roches Alumni Association.
  • Organize and promote alumni events and networking opportunities across all campuses and international locations.
  • Manage communication channels (alumni platform, newsletters, social media, etc.) to keep alumni informed and engaged.

Alumni Campus Visits:

  • Coordinate and manage alumni visits to the Crans-Montana campus and other campuses as required.
  • Foster opportunities for alumni to interact with students, faculty, and staff during their visits.

Collaboration with Career Services:

  • Work closely with Career Services teams to align alumni engagement efforts with career development opportunities.
  • Promote alumni mentorship programs, internships, and career placements for students and recent graduates.

Les Roches 4 Life Project:

  • Lead the alumni engagement component of the "Les Roches 4 Life" project, ensuring objectives and deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to enhance the lifelong relationship between Les Roches and its alumni.

Budget Management:

  • Oversee and manage budgets allocated for alumni relations activities and projects.
  • Prepare financial reports and ensure cost-effective execution of programs and initiatives.

Data and Reporting:

  • Maintain and update the alumni database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Analyze alumni engagement metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in hospitality, business, or related fields.
  • Alumni of Les Roches is highly preferred. Experience in alumni relations, career services, or hospitality industry roles is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory. Fluency in French and/or Spanish is a strong plus and any additional languages are an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Expertise in project management and managing budgets.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms for alumni engagement, including CRM tools and social media.
  • Passion for education and hospitality.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
