Your Impact
- Assist our clients with the delivery of their transformation initiatives and ambitions for technologically driven change.
- Conduct assessments and provide active implementation support using agile, hybrid, or waterfall methodologies.
- Take on dedicated roles in project execution such as strategic or operational PMO, business analyst, or being part of an external quality and risk management function.
- Cover all aspects of transformations including advising, reviewing and assessing all major phases of a transformation.
- Manage key stakeholders and support the delivery of key transformation benefits including advising and reviewing of the strategy, design and implementation.
- Contribute to the execution along the project lifecycle and foster client relationships through business development activities.
- Develop project deliverables in form of dashboards, plans and documentations or prepare assessment reports entailing observations and recommendations, leveraging our established methods and practices.
- Participate in client workshops and sessions, supporting the delivery of the respective outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with our clients and interdisciplinary teams at PwC, both in Switzerland and internationally.
Your Skill Set
- You hold at least a Bachelor's degree (Business Information Systems, Business Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, Information Technology) or related areas that allow you to work with clients across various industries and technology service providers in the financial and non-financial sectors.
- You have 1 to 5 years of work experience, with a background in project management and business analysis, preferably in the financial services and/or technology field.
- You can work in programs from initial assessment to design and implementation, including planning, execution, and adjustment.
- You enjoy being challenged and working independently with a practical and hands-on approach, while also excelling as a team player and collaborating effectively.
- You possess strong analytical skills and work in a well-structured manner.
- You have excellent communication and writing skills, with proficiency in English and German at a business level.
- You display a persuasive and persistent personality, along with strong interpersonal skills.
- You can work in an agile and international environment, with a mix of local and international engagements.
