To support the ICE laboratory in Fribourg Campus, we are looking for an administrative assistant available from 15.02.2025.
Support the Unit with its daily operation, financial management and perform general administrative tasks:
- Assistance with funds and grants management, monitoring of expenditures, financial reporting (salaries, budget forecast, invoices and credit card expenses), purchases and reports;
- Administrative management of staff members & interns, support to hiring process, accreditation, absences follow-up, onboarding of new joiners, employees' lifecycle support;
- Organization of visitors' venue (visas, logistics, travel and accommodation);
- Organization of conferences, seminars and travel of collaborators.
- Previous experience in the role of Administrative Assistant
- Dynamic, efficient, open and proactive, with an exceptional sense of responsibilities;
- Excellent organizational skills and capable of working autonomously;
- Confident and precise with budget organization and accounting;
- Ability to work with a diverse and multicultural group;
- Fluent in English and French, additional languages are a plus;
