What works well?
A company in very strong growth with a management by objective. Flex Multimedia offers very good training and allows these skills to be well developed. Talents are valued and personalities are respected. A healthy working atmosphere - no politics - and a real solidarity between departments! What works well?
At Flex everything is very simple, direct, no politics or false pretenses all employees go in the same direction. The management team is at the service of employees, not the other way around. Even if the objectives can change quite often, they are always clear and precise; we progress in startup mode without any dogma. Excellent location in Geneva 2 minutes walk from the station.
What could be improved?
Lack of great celebrations and celebration of commercial successes.
