What works well?

This motivation and dynamism, which I felt during my interviews at Zurich, gives me a great insight into the future working environment. One very important point that I really appreciated during the interviews was the policy of being on first-name terms, which I found to be exceptional and quickly put people at ease.

What could be improved?
