As a current employee of this company, I have to share a different perspective. Since I've been here, I've noticed a real commitment from management to improving our management style. Significant efforts have been made to promote employee well-being. I find that the development proposals are not only interesting, but also transparent. Management has made efforts to involve employees in the decision-making process and to respond proactively to their needs and concerns. As for the working atmosphere, I haven't noticed that it has become toxic over time. On the contrary, I've found the team to be supportive and encouraging, fostering a positive working environment, while the departure of certain people has helped to restore calm, serenity and a healthier atmosphere :). As far as communication and organization are concerned, improvements have been made and clear communication channels have been established to foster better collaboration between departments. As for the resources and tools made available, I find that they adequately meet our operational needs. Ongoing investments are being made to improve our premises and IT facilities, and security measures are being put in place to ensure the well-being of all employees. Of course, there are still challenges ahead, but I'm confident in the direction our company is heading and in our collective ability to overcome these obstacles to create an even more positive and productive working environment."

Significant efforts have been made to promote employee well-being. Indeed, I find that the proposals for career development are not only interesting, but also transparent. Management has made efforts to involve employees in the decision-making process and to respond proactively to their needs and concerns. As for the working atmosphere, I haven't noticed that it has become toxic over time. On the contrary, I've found the team to be supportive and encouraging, fostering a positive working environment. What's more, the departure of a number of people has helped us to return to a healthy, caring atmosphere :) As far as communication and organization are concerned, improvements have been made and clear communication channels have been established to foster better collaboration. We're sorry to hear that your experience at InterXpert SA wasn't to your liking. Nevertheless, we know that all our employees are fully satisfied to be able to work in a totally healthy environment, with results-oriented colleagues, of course, but first and foremost with a constant concern to collaborate together, in an exceptionally caring atmosphere. We have an IT department dedicated to our operational teams. The equipment and tools made available to our employees are up-to-date and fully functional.
