Une compagnie qui doit former ses employés. Ils ne vous contactent JAMAIS. J'ai postuler je ne sais combien de fois ses 8 dernières années. J'ai eu la "chance" (si je pu dire ainsi) de voir dans mon compte que ma candidature était à la deuxième étape et que j'allais bientôt recevoir un appel de leur part. Le statut est resté ainsi pour 2 à 3 semaines jusqu'à ce que je ne reçoive un mail "Nous avons eu beaucoup d’intérêt à découvrir votre parcours professionnel à travers votre dossier. Pour cette fois-ci, d'autres candidats plus proches du profil recherché par notre client ont été retenus..." Un manque total de professionnalisme et de transparence dans le processus de recrutement.

Instead of sending out emails to survey candidates who have applied for a job, it would be better to at least have the politeness to send them a response, even if it is negative.

Interesting student offers, unfortunately a lot in the field of IT and little in the others.

I applied for an offer within their own company, which matched my profile and was contacted by phone to finally explain that it was an HR position, which was not at all clear from the ad. No one pleasant on the phone, who asked me more precise questions about my background and my research, and who gave me no indication other than "we will call you back within 2 weeks at the latest"... That was a month and a half ago: no follow-up and no clarity as they were looking to fill a position at EUX. I hope they are more effective for their customers.

Here is a concrete example of how you can have diplomas and be totally incompetent. AcademicWork is young, it's fresh, but it has no sense of anticipation and no long-term perspective.
