Management not very discussion oriented, Managerial style is authoritarian and very old fashioned with little understanding of the differences between Swiss regions. There is no salary increase from one year to the next (not even the cost of living). The French-speaking Swiss are rather badly regarded. Proposals for improvement are never taken into consideration, assuming that only the management is right about the choices they make. The employees are generally not very motivated and most of them do not work there for more than two years.
