What works well?

Teamwork works very well because people are listened to, respected, supported and above all passionate about their job. Managers are available, accessible and attentive. The projects are numerous, varied and ambitious. The small size of the company means that everyone can really contribute to the projects and at the same time benefit from learning and developing new skills.

What could be improved?

I can't find anything to improve because my arrival went well, both in terms of useful information, basic training, missions related to my department and my position and the friendly spirit in which I was welcomed.

Every day, together with the management, we deal with the hazards of a company of more than 100 people with a smile and the desire to do well.
