UDITIS is a family-oriented, caring company. The working climate is very positive. We are fortunate to have flexible working hours that enable us to combine work and family life. Specialized skills in various fields.

I don't see any specific areas for improvement. Working for UDITIS has been the best experience of my career so far.

Although I'm relatively new to the company, I immediately felt at ease thanks to the warm welcome I received and the atmosphere that prevails at Uditis. Uditis also offers flexibility in terms of working hours and type of work (remote or on site), which is very much appreciated, especially when the ups and downs of life catch up with you. All in all, I'd say that Uditis is a very good company to work for. I won't hesitate to edit my comments if things change or if I find something to add.

One point that could be improved would be the provision of wireless headphones for new employees (which is very negligible, I grant you), but apart from that I haven't noticed anything that could have been improved.

The freedom, trust, autonomy and, in return, responsibility offered by UDITIS are a plus! I organize my working hours as I wish, and I think that's great. I get on well with my colleagues, and there's always someone around to help if I need it. Club outings are always a great time!

Internal communication can be improved, so that the same information is distributed everywhere, to everyone, at the same time.

The company has grown rapidly in recent years and has joined a group (Sequotech). We need to continue along this path, but not neglect what has made UDITIS a success to date: collaboration between colleagues and a pleasant working environment.
