Super healthy and dynamic work atmosphere. Very interesting work in itself in a constantly evolving and topical field. The company is ideally located just opposite Biel Railway Station and right in the city centre.

Personally I don't see any negative points, the work is interesting and the company's mentality suits me perfectly.

The working atmosphere among the employees is just incredible. As soon as I arrived I was directly supported and every day I am asked how things are going and not to hesitate to ask questions. The support between colleagues is great. I was immediately taken care of and the organisation of the training courses is well done. The trainers are exceptional, even on complicated subjects, they know how to put us at ease and make us understand things. Innovative company and constantly evolving. We learn every day, very enriching!

Honestly, I don't see any downsides. I would just add that there are a lot of training courses and we move from one theme to another very quickly but they support us and they are aware that learning takes a certain amount of time.

Honestly, so far I have not encountered any negative points. The work, the environment, the people and the support that new employees receive are exceptional.
