The family atmosphere of the company allows each employee to take responsibility. This makes independent work and teamwork very pleasant in an environment that is always looking for efficiency. New collaborators are very well supported, the work is constantly evolving and the company is very focused on continuous training, which allows a long-term projection! In general, Abacus makes you feel at home and at home.

Honestly, so far I have not encountered any negative points. The work, the environment, the people and the support that new employees receive are exceptional.

The working atmosphere among the employees is just incredible. As soon as I arrived I was directly supported and every day I am asked how things are going and not to hesitate to ask questions. The support between colleagues is great. I was immediately taken care of and the organisation of the training courses is well done. The trainers are exceptional, even on complicated subjects, they know how to put us at ease and make us understand things. Innovative company and constantly evolving. We learn every day, very enriching!

Honestly, I don't see any downsides. I would just add that there are a lot of training courses and we move from one theme to another very quickly but they support us and they are aware that learning takes a certain amount of time.

There are always things to improve but in my opinion, having known other companies throughout my career, they are so minimal that I would say none!
