So far, nothing to complain about. I really feel like everything is taken care of for me.

A team of very competent young people, managers who master their work and follow all the consultants in their careers, sports outings as a team to strengthen ties. Possibility of internal project development, frequent webinars, training with external speakers. Ivy has offices in several countries.

The only recommendation would be to help employees improve their English, for those who need it, through training.

The welcome is top, the afterworks offered are real, the management really follows the participants in mission, excellent general atmosphere.

The people are present and attentive, including management. We assist each other, both technically and personally. I participated in an enterprise retrospective for the first time. There are webinars available for those who want to join in. Monthly after-work events are organized, and there are opportunities for personal development through online course
