This company works very well as a whole and the treatment of customers or residents in EMS are very correct overall

What could be improved?

A few years ago, Tertianum was offering permanent employment contracts with a 3-month trial period included. their new way of proceeding is to propose only fixed term contracts without ANY GUARANTEES OF HIRING AT THE KEY THESE ARE DEPLORABLE WAYS OF WORKING TO THE APPLICANTS, AS THERE IS NO "REAL GUARANTEE" THAT THE APPLICANTS WILL BE HIRED AT THE END OF THE FIXED TERM CONTRACT The current living conditions require that in order to obtain a house, the owners do not agree with a person who has only a fixed-term contract The current conditions of life with the bankers make that they do not grant their confidence nor possibilities of credit to people who have only a fixed-term contract etc.......there are many other cases in society where people with only a fixed-term contract are not accepted So on this side, VERY BAD OPINION ON THE WAYS TERTIANUM OFFERS CONTRACTS As a candidate for a position, I am not motivated to accept a position only on a fixed-term contract WITH NO "GUARANTEES" AT THE END YOUR CONTRACT POLICY NEEDS TO BE TOTALLY REVIEWED! A FEW YEARS AGO YOU WERE OFFERING PERMANENT CONTRACTS (WITH A 3 MONTH TRIAL PERIOD INCLUDED), WHY DON'T YOU DO THAT ANYMORE?

Very good team Flexible schedules 5 weeks of vacation. Pleasant office

What could be improved?

42.5 hours per week. Very high rate for loss of gain. No teleworking possible Very difficult time for closing. Holidays difficult due to imperatives.
