Dynamique et innovante, HYDRO Exploitation SA développe continuellement de nouvelles prestations et adapte régulièrement ses méthodes de travail aux évolutions techniques. A ce jour, HYDRO Exploitation SA emploie plus de 400 collaborateurs, répartis du glacier du Rhône au lac Léman et dans le Jura vaudois.

The budget for training is important, everyone is free to propose training courses which are mostly accepted. The working atmosphere is good, employee events are organised at regular intervals. The working hours are flexible and the company operates a lot on trust. The company operates through a matrix organisation, on a project basis. These are very varied, exciting and stimulating. The facilities operated allow you to discover the captivating world of hydropower, and more!
