Shiso Burger is all about getting the best of both worlds!
We offer the perfect balance between conventional burgers and traditional Asian cuisine, brought to you in bamboo steamers fresh from our kitchen.
We’re passionate about high-quality and health-conscious food, so we make all our recipes in-house with fresh and local ingredients.
Our best-seller is the Bulgogi burger, made with tender marinated beef. Whether you’re a vegetarian craving crispy tofu or you fancy one of our handmade tempura shrimp burgers, there’s a burger for everyone – beef, tofu, salmon, tuna, shrimp, and even mushroom.
On the side we serve homemade fries, hand-cut sweet potatoes, edamame, coleslaw, or homemade kimchi for a kick of spice.
Want something sweet? Choose from a range of delicious Asian desserts, from mochi ice to tangy ginger and raspberry cheesecake.
HOW DID WE START?
Shiso first opened its doors in June 2013 at a location in central Berlin.
Now, we’ve gone global, with restaurants in Paris, Hamburg, Riyadh, Réunion, Doha, Lisbon, and Vienna.
In 2021, Switzerland was added to the list, with the opening of Shiso Burger Geneva… And in 2023, Shiso will open in Zurich for the first time ever!
