Denigration
What works well?
No idea, because the company didn't bother to mention it.
What could be improved?
Engagement process, The company sells itself as a family business with excellent communication and quick decision-making power. After an interview, the company doesn't give any more news despite a promise to call you back and doesn't answer your calls. No communication and complete denigration!

Effective in maintaining high staff turnover
What works well?
What works very well is the detailed control of workers, the preservation of low wages and the maintenance of a high staff turnover.
What could be improved?
As a "family business", we expect to be a little closer to our staff. Open-plan offices don't mean that managers can be talked to openly and freely. Salaries are very low and difficult to understand. The new management team, made up almost exclusively of the founders' successors (not de jure, but de facto, yes), should engage in some ethical and moral reflection with regard to product marketing, remuneration and human resources management.
