AIGLON COLLEGE SA

AIGLON COLLEGE SA

Aiglon College is a not-for-profit, international boarding school offering a distinctive, world-class education in a stunning alpine setting.

There are over 450 students, representing more than 60 nationalities.

The school was founded on a distinctive ethos: the balanced development of mind, body and spirit. This philosophy underpins everything we do at Aiglon, both inside and outside the classroom.

At Aiglon there is a Junior School (ages 9-12) and Senior School (ages 13-18). Each year group is part of a cohort (Discovery Years 5-9, Exploration Years 10-11 and Diploma Years 12-13) that helps to shape the Aiglon experience. From junior school through to graduation, students are on a cohesive journey that is exciting and distinct each year and yet faithful to a rhythm that reflects Aiglon's ethos.

Students follow the International GCSE (IGCSE) and International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB Diploma) programmes. Aiglon also offers optional courses for the American SAT exams.

The Aiglon curriculum is designed so that every aspect of a student’s development is supported. Through the three cohorts, the students are expected to explore a diverse range of subjects. All students are required to participate in multiple expeditions per term. All years also participate in physical education (PE) through a range of sports activities throughout the year. Aiglonians also enjoy many opportunities in art, drama, community service and music.
