What works well?

No idea but from the other comments not much apparently.

What could be improved?

A response is promised but not delivered on time. Then when the negative email (after interview) arrives, there's obviously no explanation as to why I wasn't chosen. What's more, when they asked me about my salary expectations, I replied that they thought my salary was too high (even though it's within the norm -> confirmed with other companies).
