What works well?
Since the change of management in 2019, with a young and dynamic team, the company has leapt into the 3rd millennium. Employee conditions have been greatly improved (introduction of an extra week's vacation, telecommuting, facelift of offices and common areas, charging tools, low-consumption vehicles, improved LPP, ecodriving courses, flexible working hours, recreational outings, etc.). There's a great atmosphere, people help each other out and we feel listened to.
What could be improved?
The company is committed to continuous improvement, but a real 13th salary would be an added bonus (annual salary/12 instead of the current 13). Additional teleworking days IT tools commensurate with a growing company (we believe this will happen by 2024-2025) => goodbye to paper!
