No longer the model employer
What works well?
Very good salary conditions (which are getting worse all the time). Lovely, dedicated colleagues who are a real pleasure to work with. Significant employee benefits: financial participation in health insurance, participation in Reka vouchers, selection of perfumes at greatly reduced prices, free parking.
What could be improved?
Many redundancies since 2023, personnel management via managers with no vision of what the employees' work is, but who have mastered the Excel spreadsheet to identify lines to be cut with no real consistency. Company management has become rather authoritarian. Telecommuting now reduced to barely 1 day a week, which goes against the grain of new work trends, and so much the worse for work/life/ecology balance. Management seems to like to monitor who works, even though this leads to a drop in productivity. Work overload: doing more and more with fewer and fewer people. Dilapidated and very old premises (except for the management floor...).

good salaries, a company with a bright future... To be recommended.
What could be improved?
I don't find many points to improve... Rather a good company overall...
