What works well?
Fair salary, but not enough for the number of hours worked. Solidary hierarchy.
What could be improved?
Exhausting working hours, several workplaces... not stable, no contact with human resources, working hours outside public transport hours. Checks up on employees frequently, forces employees to take shifts in view of the number of unwanted absences, threatens to call hierarchy if their request is refused. Intrusive outside working hours (calls, messages). Remorseful about making any request, as they'll have to pay for it later. Consider as a threat if unionized.
