I have been working for Allo-Déclaration Suisse for almost two years and I can only recommend this company. A small, close-knit team that helps each other, with a sense of humor and good humor, not to mention the rigorous work that is necessary for our profession. Of course, the rhythm is intense during the two declarative periods (Switzerland and France) but everything is done to improve our work comfort, especially at the computer level, and you are always listened to when you propose improvements. What's more, all the hours are then made up over the rest of the year as you wish and you receive several bonuses for your involvement and your performance.

The only points that could be improved are the seasonal nature of the work, which results in a heavy workload from February to July and much less during the rest of the year.

Young and dynamic team, the management listens to its employees and does not hesitate to adapt the working methods so that each one feels well within the company. The atmosphere that reigns there is serious while being friendly.

A smoothing of the workload over the year, but this is inherent to the tax system used by our services. This inevitably creates a high tax period but also a much calmer period which finally once lived allows a pleasant management of its year (personal/pro).
